60-Day Refunds, No Questions Asked
We’re a small start-up with no inventory and a warehouse that consists of a closet. If you don’t love your order, shoot us a note at support@taigora.com, and we’ll issue you a full and immediate refund, no questions asked AND you can keep your item.
You read that right. We're not accepting returns at this time, and we’re hoping most people are decent humans who won’t try to abuse the policy.
In all seriousness, we just want you to be happy with your order - if it doesn’t fit, give it to a friend, if you don’t like the material, give it to an enemy, and if you don’t love the design, well, we're sorry(!), but we’ll still refund you.
Please note that you must request a refund within 60 days of your item arriving, so we can still eat, but you’ll get 100% of your money back, so you can still eat.

Returns and Refunds
If you insist on shipping back your item, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be donated.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or design is to contact us at support@taigora.com to let us know of the issue, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund your original order as soon as we're made aware of the issue.
If you prefer to wait for the refund before making a new purchase, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
